Owned and operated by the Cook family, Carr Valley Cheese Company is over one-hundred years old. Nestled amongst the rolling hills and lush pastures of central Wisconsin, Carr Valley Cheese remains one of Wisconsin's traditional cheese plants, famous for making cheese the old-fashioned way.

Sara Hill, National Sales Manager

Meet our National Sales Manager, Sara Hill from Minneapolis, MN. Sara, former partner/owner of Classic Provisions, Inc. of Plymouth, MN has had a 25 year career in specialty food distribution including Olfisco, Inc., Rykoff Sexton and U.S. Foodservice. Specialty cheese has been Sara’s passion with a strong emphasis on American Artisanal Cheese. She has worked closely with Twin City cheese retailers to expand their selections and knowledge of this growing and exciting category! Sara is a board member of the American Cheese Society and the Dairy Business Innovation Center DBIC in Wisconsin.
