Cow Milk Cheeses
Ours are made with fresh milk delivered daily from neighboring family-owned dairy farms, many of which have been providing the milk for Carr Valley cheeses for generations. Please check shipping map for appropriate delivery expectations. We will not ship out packages in the same week they are ordered if they will not be delivered by the weekend. Prices are listed per pound but will only charge for what you receive.
