A Wisconsin original first made in Colby, Wisconsin. We make and age the original recipe with an open body creamy texture and a fresh cheesy flavor. This cheese won 2nd place in its class at the 2005 American Cheese Society Competition and first place at the 2006 American Cheese Society.
