Aged Cardona

100% goat milk cheese, aged for more than 8 months. It has a firmer texture, sweet, with a slight nutty flavor. Great for eating with dried fruit or sauces. Dipped in brown wax to protect the cheese. This gourmet cheese took 2nd Place at both the 2007 World Cheese Competition and American Cheese Society and won 2nd Place at the 2008 American Cheese Society.
