Virgin-Pine Native Sheep Blue

Made from 100% pasture-fed sheep milk. This bandaged American original is cave-aged for more than 8 months. It is pierced similar to our Virgin Pine Native Blue cow milk cheese but has a harder body with a sweet finish. Took 1st Place at the 2009 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest.
