A beautiful aged cheddar that has a creamy texture and a sharp flavor that is just beginning to mature. Will have a slightly dry finish and be a bit crumbly. The 1 Year Cheddar took a 3rd place at the 2007 American Cheese Society Competition.

4 Year Aged Cheddar

Handcrafted in our La Valle plant in small vats by cheesemakers with more than 100 years experience. Aged 4 years. Our 4 Year Aged Cheddar placed 3rd at the 2007 American Cheese Society competition and was 2nd place at the 2008 American Cheese Society competition.

8 Year Aged Cheddar

Handcrafted in our La Valle plant in small vats by cheesemakers with more than 100 years experience and aged 8 years. Has an amazing sharp flavor that's hard to beat. Our 8 Year Cheddar won First Place at the 2004 American Cheese Society Competition.

10 Year Aged Cheddar

Handcrafted in our La Valle plant in small vats by cheesemakers with more than 100 years experience. Aged 10 years. This cheese won 2nd place in its class at the 2005 American Cheese Society Competition.

Goat Cheddar

Benedictine
