Mike Boss, the Director of Operations & Development at the Blue Spoon Cafe in Prairie du Sac and Middleton, WI, has a long background in the food service industry, working with his family for years at the Fire House Restaurant in Prairie du Sac, WI and later owning and operating Mike's Kitchen on Highway 12 in Sauk City, WI. In this class, Mike will use recipes from Julia Child's book "Mastering the Art of French Cooking."
