A Culinary Journey of Cheese...

Now entering it's 6th season, the Carr Valley Cheese cooking classes continue to be taught by highly renowned chefs and cooking instructors nationwide. Each deliciously unique dish features one of our handcrafted, award-winning cheeses. Classes are held March through October in our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen at the Carr Valley Cheese retail store in Sauk City,WI.  Whether you enjoy the art of cooking, love to eat or are a cheese enthusiast, our cooking classes will surely delight you!

 

What to Expect at a Carr Valley Cheese Cooking Class:

 

Meet and Mingle: Thirty minutes prior to your class, visit with fellow cheese lovers, sample a

variety of artisanal cheeses, and  enjoy great conversation.  Please note:  the Meet and Mingle is optional.

 

Cooking Class: Expect two and a half hours of casual and delicious fun in a classroom style setting. Your chef will create a delectable fare of dishes in which everybody will partake in eating.   You will also receive two glasses of wine and water.  You will go home with all of the chef's recipes so you can recreate your own culinary journey!

 

Post Class:  Join your class members to shop for your must-have Carr Valley cheeses and go home with lots of ideas, culinary contentment, and a smile on your face!

Cancellation Policy: A credit will be issued for any class that you need to cancel 24 hours before the scheduled date & time of the class.  The credit is good for another class or anything in the store.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the class are nonrefundable, weather permitting.
