ABOUT THE CHEF
A native of Wisconsin, Brad Neuendorf has just come back to the state. Before that he has spent most of his life out west, mostly in Colorado, but also some time in Portland, San Francisco and New Mexico. His culinary career has spanned over 30 years. Opening Freddy Valentine's in Spring Green has been a culinary adventure for Brad. The most exciting aspect of being back in Wisconsin is the amount of local product that he has to source from. He uses as much as he can for the menu at Freddy's. When he's not manning the kitchen you can find him outside playing in the lakes, throwing disc golf or rock climbing, and then going out to eat to try to find his next favorite restaurant.
