2 - "More Than Just Sweets" with Larry Pedersen: Sunday, April 18th from 3:00-5:30pm
Chef Larry Pederson has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. Although Larry has worked in restaurants throughout the United States, currently he is the Banquet Chef at Devil’s Head Resort in Merrimac and the owner/chef of The Treat Suite in Baraboo. In this class, the following dishes will be served: chicken roulade with ham, portabella mushrooms and wild rice, topped with smoked pepper jack cheese sauce; potatoes au gratin with apple smoked cheddar cheese; and a rich, creamy cheesecake made with Billy Blue Cheese.
