Carr Valley Cheese wins big at the World Cheese Awards!

Carr Valley Cheese has done it again with 10 top awards at the 2011 World Cheese Awards.  This is the largest and most diverse cheese competition in the world, with over 2,500 entries, from 34 countries.  Our big winner, Cardona, took a Super Gold, Billy Blue and Caso Bolo Mellage took a Gold Medal, Mobay, Cave Aged Mellage and Canaria took a Silver Medal and Smoked Marisa, Apple Smoked Garlic Cheddar, Menage and Big Mutton Button took a Bronze Medal.
